Auto Glass and Windshield Repair | Windshield Replacement
FAQ’s
Q. If my windshield glass is cracked, is it safe for me to drive?
A. Structurally, yes. While the windshield will not fall in or break apart, if the crack is in your line of vision it could be a distraction.
Q. Will water affect the seal in the days after replacement?
A. Normal water pressure will have no affect on the sealants that we use. We recommend that you wait 48 hours before using high water pressure anywhere near newly replaced glass.
Q. What should I use to cover a hole left by my broken back/door glass?
A. We recommend the use of any water-proof covering material –plastic, tarp– affixed with non residue leaving tape such as painters, masking, or packaging tape. The use of harsh tapes, such as duct tape, can leave residue and could possibly damage your vehicle’s paint.
Q. I found a company willing to install my glass for much cheaper than you, why should I choose Master’s Glass?
A. We like to say that you get what you pay for. We may not always be the least expensive but we will always do the best work. When it comes to the safety of yourself and your vehicle, we believe no amount of care should be spared.
