Please allow me to introduce you too Master's Glass. One of the faster growing St.Louis Auto Glass Replacement companies in history. We are a family owned company proudly serving St.Louis County and Jefferson County. I am Scott D. Andrews. I have worked in the glass business repairing and replacing car and truck windows for 14 years and will be starting our 10th year as Master's Glass July 1 2013. People ask if I'm the owner. My answer is “I was until I hired my wife.” Teresa is the heart of Master's Glass helping people solve their “Auto Glass Issues”. When we expanded to the point where I could no longer do it all, she stepped in and took over the scheduling, ordering and customer relations. Our business has grown substantially every year since.
On the installation side of the business, There is my
youngest son, and two sons-in-law. Scott T. Andrews is my youngest, and
currently on hiatus, Attending Missouri State at Columbia. He started training
as a glass tech at the age of thirteen while being home-schooled. As far as I
know he's the only 19 year old tech with 6 years experience a proud St.Louis
Native that understands quality in his auto glass craft.
My 2 sons-in-laws, Michael Boldt and Robert Ploesser also
local men, were trained by me
personally. I subscribe to the theory that I was trained under. It's easier and
more effective to train a new technician than try to retrain a tech that was
poorly trained to begin with. Too many glass shops place the emphasis on
quantity rather than quality especially here in the St.louis Auot Glass Market
prices and otherwise. NOT US. Mike and Rob are very good technically and their
attitude is that the customers vehicle must be treated better than their own.
They leave the vehicle and work area better than when they arrived. And if they don't..... call me. I say this
with confidence because that would be the rarity.
